Millie is shaping as a filly with all the right ingredients. From the moment she arrived at the breakers, she has continued to impress with her attitude, athleticism and natural ability, and we are excited about what lies ahead.

By exciting young sire Poster Boy out of Helena, a daughter of Art Major, Millie carries a pedigree packed with proven performance and early speed.

This cross is already producing results, with eight winners bred on the same mating across Australia and New Zealand.

The depth of the family only adds further confidence.

Her second dam, Birds Can Sing, produced three winners including Lumineer, a 14 win pacer and the 2017 Australian 2YO Pacing Colt or Gelding of the Year.

Further back, third dam Mercy Mercy Mercy won 11 races and earned more than $500,000 in prizemoney. The family also includes Minaj, who has already produced exciting young horse Boysterous, a two year old winner at his first start for trainer Alex Ashwood.

It is a family known for producing sharp, early types that can get up and going as juveniles.

As a racehorse, Poster Boy was one of the best of his generation.

She has received glowing reports during her early education and is handling everything exactly how you would want from a young filly beginning her career.

She is a beautiful, correct type with plenty of presence, natural ability and just enough sass to suggest there is an engine underneath.

The current plan is for Millie to complete her breaking in phase before heading out for a short spell. She will then return to begin her first full preparation, with everything aimed towards an early two year old campaign in 2027.
